Pali Builds works with HOA and Firewise leadership to assess homes against IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home (WPH) standards — identifying the highest-impact upgrades for the community.

Coordinated Contractor Deployment
Our 350+ verified contractors — roofers, window & door specialists, vent installers, fire hardening experts — are deployed across the neighborhood in coordinated waves to maximize speed and reduce cost.

Progress Tracking with Pillar
Every completed home is logged on the Pillar platform, giving carriers and community leaders real-time visibility into the neighborhood’s progress toward the qualifying threshold.

Insurance Re-entry
Once the community reaches the hardening threshold — validated by IBHS and The Resiliency Company — carrier partners are engaged to restore access to private insurance at improved rates.
