The Mayor’s Office has just released this information. Since the beginning, we have been pushing for a true one-stop shop located in or near the Palisades, and with the help of the Palisades Builders Coalition, this is finally becoming a reality.
We will continue advocating for additional departments to be included, as there are many clearances and permits that must be processed across multiple agencies. That said, this is an important step forward, and we’ll take the progress we can get.

Happy New Year! I just wanted to quickly let you know that the City of Los Angeles now has Inspections and Permitting Support at the Unified Utilities Rebuild Operations Center (UUROC) until the permanent location is completed in early February. The following departments are present:
- Department of Building and Safety
- Plan Check Supervisor
- Inspectors and Inspection Supervisors
- Department of City Planning
- Department of Public Works
- Bureau of Engineering
- Los Angeles Fire Department
- Department of Water and Power
Location: Unified Utilities Rebuild Operations Center (UUROC) at 3931 South Topanga Canyon Boulevard
Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00AM-5:00PM
