1. Scope of Services
Pali Builds agrees to perform the following services for the Client (collectively, the “Servicesâ€):
1. Review Client’s insurance policy.
2. Review Client’s insurance estimate.
3. Create an independent estimate.
4. Present the estimate to the Client’s insurance adjuster via phone and/or email.
5. Provide one (1) estimate revision.
2. Fees & Payment
• The total flat fee for the Services listed above is $5,000.
• Any additional services beyond those listed in Section 1 will be billed at an hourly rate of $100, not to exceed a total of $1,000 in additional charges without the Client’s written approval.
3. Term & Termination
• This Agreement begins on the date first written above and continues until the Services are completed.
• Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, Client shall pay for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
• Provide timely access to all relevant documents, insurance policies, and estimates.
• Respond promptly to requests for information or clarification.
5. Limitation of Liability
Service Provider’s liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client under this Agreement.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
