What metric are you using to claim that 20% are developers?
Hi Reza. It’s an educated guess. An estimate. We look at entity names, recurring names, mailing addresses etc. Buyers don’t disclose their intent and some developers use an individual name rather than co name. So it’s an estimate. Hope this helps.
