Plant Prefab offers a faster, more predictable path home for communities rebuilding after the wildfires.

Plant delivers single-family homes, ADUs, and multifamily housing in roughly half the time of traditional site-built construction, with consistent quality, cost clarity, and strong environmental performance. By fabricating precision-engineered panelized and modular components in our California factory and assembling them on site, we reduce delays, improve efficiency, and provide greater construction predictability.

We currently have more than 89 single- and multifamily rebuild units under contract across the Palisades, Malibu, and Altadena — designed by architects which include Toby Long, Scott Prentice, r-dna, Studio Muka, Wiehle-Carr, Bica Architects, and Ines Architects, among others.  We’re honored to help families return home sooner while building neighborhoods for long-term resilience.
