Sample Cover Letter — To Carrier (homeowner)

Subject: Supplemental Claim Submission — Claim #[Your Claim #] — 123 Oceanview Drive

Dear [Adjuster name],

Attached please find supplemental documentation for Claim #[claim #] regarding the total replacement cost for my property at 123 Oceanview Drive. The attached materials include:

1. Pali Builds Rebuild Cost Validation Report (independent verified local rebuild estimate).
2. Three local general contractor line-item estimates (attached).
3. Photos, soil/geotech summary, and site access notes.
