Builders are having a tough time already : Tools are getting stolen.
With certain areas being so uninhabited by residents, builders are having a tough time securing tools and materials at night. With the lack of neighbors, house lights, street lights, cars driving by, and police, builders are having a very tough time with thievery. In addition to protecting tools, builders also need a secure space for materials. Pali Builds is working with the Palisades Builders Coalition to solve for this issue at scale.
The Founding Members of the Palisades Builder’s Coalition, Polaris Homes, Shirley Construction, Gandia Construction, and Pali Construction have expressed two attractive options to builders:
- They pay around $500 per month, or
- They perform some type of construction in lieu of cash.
In addition to one of the options above, they would fence your lot to secure your lot and their property, and a liability waiver would be signed.
