We are hearing that many people are having issues with their insurance companies’ estimates. They’re too low. The fact that they are in Xactimate form (created in Xactimate software) is making things a bit difficult, assuming that you don’t have access to said software.
You can hire an independent adjuster, that has access to Xactimate, to create a rebuttal report showing higher numbers than your insurance company’s report, but we’re hearing this costs around $7,500. Or you can hire a public adjuster and pay 8-10%.
We are wondering if we can create a solution that costs 1/2 or maybe 1/3 of that amount, but we need some Xactimate reports to fine tune our ai tool.
